Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who will be conducting the course?
Mr Kenneth Mak will be conducting the course, alongside with my team of PSLE Science Specialists (Ms. Lim Zi Ai & Mr. Derrick Toh). Our administrative staff will be down during the event to help out as well.
Q: What's the minimum/maximum number of students?
This year, we’re working with approximately 250 Primary 6 students. We will accommodate as many students as possible during this final recap session. The venue can fit up to 300 students.
Q: Where should I wait to pick up my child?
Due to security reasons, parents are not permitted to wait for their kids inside the secured area (i.e. any point beyond the security gantry).
We’ve designated two waiting areas:
Pick-up Point A) ONALU (Formerly Written as Kraftwich) Pickup Point
Pick-up Point B) Basement 1, School of Accountancy
Your kids will be directed to your designated pick up point for pick up after the event ends at 6PM.
Q: Is there free WiFi?
No, there isn’t free WiFi in the premises (at this point).
Q: My child's friend has never done the CCI with The Pique Lab, but he would like to attend the course as well. Can he join?
No, that will not be possible. This course is strictly designed for students who have attended our P6 CCI Science Course. We will be making several references to our material during the event.
Q: Is there a break during the event?
Yes, we’ll schedule a 10 to 15 minute break in the middle of the session. Light snacks (i.e. Polar cakes and Milo) will be provided to the students.
Q: I'm caught up in traffic/ late to pick up my child. What shall I do?
Once your child has been directed to the pick up point, our team of event ushers will only be there between 6PM to 7PM. You’re strongly advised to pick up your child within this timeframe.

What Did Students Say About Their Experience
Helped To Recap Important Points!
“The earlier 3 papers has caused my brain to become fried. It would be difficult for me to read through everything in the syllabus from P3 to P6 one day before the exam. I think that this revision helped me a lot as it helped me to recap the important key points from each topic once more before the PSLE Science paper.”
Boost My Confidence!
“I’m quite confident of my ability to tackle the Science paper. However, I requested to attend this course to help me to boost my confidence and also to find out if I have missed out any important concepts.”
Faster Than Me Doing Self-revision!
The Pique Lab has created a great system of teaching Science, highlighting the commonly tested concepts and producing clear, simple notes which my son can revise easily. I’m glad to have found dedicated & friendly teachers at this Science tuition centre to coach my child early

For security reasons, the university does not permit parents to wait in the secured areas during the event. We have designated two pick-up points after your child has been dismissed from the event. Please communicate the pick up point to your child prior to the event.
