Q: I just registered for a new learning portal account. How do I access it?
An email titled “🚀 [ACCESS] The Pique Lab Learning Portal” has been sent to the email address you’ve indicated in the form.
If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your Promotion or Spam tab!
Next, please follow Step 1 in that email to set your password to your account!

Q: I did not receive any account activation email. What should I do?
This could mean that you have an existing The Pique Lab Learning Portal account. You will be receiving an email titled “[🚀 Action Needed] The Pique Lab Learning Portal Account Set-up” to reset your password!
Q: I forgot the password for my learning portal account. How do I reset my password?
1️⃣ Click here to access The Pique Lab Learning Portal.
2️⃣ Click on the red Login button on the top right of the screen. When you see the pop-up below, click on Forgot your password? (as shown below).
3️⃣ Enter your email address (as shown below).
4️⃣ You will receive an email titled “[The Pique Lab Learning Portal] Password Reset“. Click on the link in that email to reset your password!
Q: When will the webinar replay videos be ready?
Our Video Production Team will process the webinar recordings and upload them to the learning portal within 2 weeks after the end of each session.
Q: How do I access the webinar replay videos?
You’d have received 2 emails upon registration:
1️⃣ 🚀 [ACCESS] The Pique Lab Learning Portal
To activate your account, please follow Step 1 in that email to set your password to your account!
📌 If you already have an account registered under the email address indicated in the form, you will not receive this email.
2️⃣ [The Pique Lab Learning Portal] P5/PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course (Run X)
You may click on the access link in this email and watch the webinar replays once they are ready. The webinar replay videos for each session will be ready within 2 weeks after the end of each session.

Q: I forgot the password for my learning portal account. How do I reset my password?
1️⃣ Click on the course access link in the email titled “[The Pique Lab Learning Portal] P5/PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course (Run X)“.
2️⃣ There will be a pop-up to log in to your learning portal account. Click on Forgot your password? (as shown below).
3️⃣ Enter your email address (as shown below).
4️⃣ You will receive an email titled “[The Pique Lab Learning Portal] Password Reset“. Click on the link in that email to reset your password!
Q: How do I access the videos in the Unlimited P5 & PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course Library?
You’d have received 2 emails upon registration:
1️⃣ 🚀 [ACCESS] The Pique Lab Learning Portal
To activate your account, please follow Step 1 in that email to set your password to your account!
📌 If you already have an account registered under the email address indicated in the form, you will not receive this email.
2️⃣ [The Pique Lab Learning Portal] Unlimited P5 & PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course Library Access (Friends of The Pique Lab Membership)
You may login to your account and click on My Account > Profile on the menu bar. The videos in the Unlimited P5 & PSLE Science MCQ Course Library will appear under Courses.

Q: I understand that new videos will be added after a new P5/PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course is conducted. When will the videos be ready?
Each P5/PSLE Science MCQ Mastery Course will have a total of 3 sessions.
