“Caden had enjoyed the 4-day P5 CCI Science Course very much. He was a little unhappy when I signed him up for this holiday course. He said it was a holiday, why should he be going for classes?
There was a 180-degree change of his attitude when he came back after his 1st lesson. He had enjoyed it very much and looked forward to his next lesson. We stayed quite far and he had to wake up at 7am every morning to prepare and travelled to the centre but he was full of energy every morning.

“Chloe always had a keen interest in Science and did well in her P3 exams. However in the Upper Block, there’s a lot more emphasis on answering with the correct key words or answer template. A good conceptual understanding of the topics alone does not guarantee good results.
Since joining The Pique Lab, Chloe has learned to answer exam-type questions with the correct key words and phrases. The use of actual past-year papers in class means that every lesson contributes to exam preparation.
We have completely stopped using Science Assessment books (which sometimes doesn’t reflect the current teachings in schools). We highly recommend The Pique Lab!”

“Science is not a difficult subject, but answering open-ended questions with the correct technique is difficult. Marks are often deducted for the wrong way of answering questions, even though the students know the concept, and students can often get demoralised and even confused.
Parents often get frustrated and have to rely on model answers for revision during exams. Since engaging with The Pique Lab, I feel the P5 CCI Science Course has helped Jeremiah greatly in answering the open-ended questions. He has grown in confidence and gotten attached to Ms.Lim Zi Ai, thus he is more willing to listen in the class.

“My child, Qian Ning, in a short 3 months with The Pique Lab, has grown to really enjoy Ms. Cheryl’s classes. The Science concepts are taught in a very interesting manner with lots of engagement amongst Ms. Cheryl and the students.
The P5 CCI Science Course helped to reinforce the topics and is a right conclusion during mid-term to allow the kids to fully grasp and understand the curriculum.

“Before I sent my child to The Pique Lab, he had already doing been doing moderately well for his science and he likes to read about science . But after going through his work, I noticed that he might have understood the topic but somehow missed out on the keywords in answering the question.
After attending the P5 CCI Science Course, I find that he is more confident in attempting the questions. And he knows lots of the facts at his fingertips, hence his interest in this subject – science – was further blossomed. Hence, I do not need to keep reminding him to complete his homework.

“It always took me a while to convince my daughter to attend any tuition or enrichment lessons.
After the first lesson of the P5 CCI Science Course, she told me that she enjoyed the classes very much. She said that the class was interesting and the teacher broke down the concepts and made understanding easier. The students also had a chance to answer the questions.
